Glassware is painted and then cured in the oven. To wash after use, the glass requires a gentle handwash and shouldn't be left to soak or placed in a dishwasher.
Refunds will be offered if items arrive faulty or damaged in post. Please get in contact with us if you have any issues with the items purchased and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
